Sr. Project Manager

The Role
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team, bringing trust, respect, and leadership in design development, client interaction, and team management. After an introductory period, you will:
• Lead design development and participate in client engagement
• Work closely with Project Architect(s), and Principal(s), managing tasks and subordinates, based on your experience in luxury residential architecture
• Your primary focus will be on project management:
• Design development,
• Construction administration
• Task delegation to subordinate team members
• Limited role in production drafting
What We're Looking For
• An energetic, engaging personality adept at collaborating with team members, clients, consultants, and contractors
• A highly organized person who enjoys problem-solving and thrives in a collaborative environment
• A seasoned professional potentially capable of running their own practice, preferring teaming with an established firm
Requirements
• Eight+ years in residential architecture, with at least three years in project management
• Ability to manage both up and down the team hierarchy
• Comfort with remote work (AOME has been a virtual office since 2011)
• Located near Bellevue/Seattle for project site access
Software/Hardware Skills
• 5+ years with Graphisoft Archicad (training offered if needed)
• Sketching skills, digital or traditional
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Photoshop, etc., on Apple Macintosh workstations

Pay, Benefits and Schedule
• Salary: $145k-$165k/year, based on experience and merit• Bonuses: Linked to firm profitability
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm PST
