AOME Designed Homes Break Sales Records

“Seattle area’s priciest homes of 2022 stand out in a cooling market.”

The Seattle Times identified the top five most expensive individual single-family homes sold last year, all located along Lake Washington. Seattle firm, AOME Architects designed two of them! One of them, selling for over $23 million, was the most expensive of all. Please see the Seattle Times article for more details and images of all the homes.

Their project architect, Dennis Marsh worked with multiple members of the same family on multiple properties over the years. When they all recently decided to move out of state, AOME Architects worked with Compass Agent, Tere Foster, a prominent local real estate legend, and the prospective buyers to close the sales.
